I recently have had a very bad problem with my paypal account, on ebay.
My 8 digit password was hacked and all of my money in the account appears to have been tranfered to a bank in Montana. As I live in England, no way do I have an account in a bank in Montana. When I found I was locked out of my account I tried to get a new password, but was requested to give the account number of the bank in montana, which I have no knowledge.
Eventually I contacted paypal, who confirmed that my money was gone and agreed to post me a new password.
This was 8 weeks ago I still have had no word from paypal.
I also reported this matter to the F.B.I. so far nothing seems to be happening.
I've emailed paypal many times and they just wont reply.
